AI Rank WP ("we", "us", "our") operates airankwp.com and the AI Rank WP WordPress plugin. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have under GDPR, CCPA, and similar regulations.

• Account data: email address, full name, and company name you provide at signup.
• Billing data: processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
• Usage data: pages viewed, features used, and plugin telemetry needed to compute GEO scores.
• Site metadata: URLs and content snippets you choose to analyze via the plugin.

3. How we use information

We use your information to operate the service, validate your license, deliver product updates, respond to support requests, and improve our GEO models. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your content to train third-party LLMs.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use first-party cookies for authentication and a privacy-respecting analytics provider that does not set cross-site tracking cookies. You can disable non-essential cookies from your browser at any time.

5. Data retention

Account data is retained for the lifetime of your subscription plus 90 days. Plugin telemetry is retained for 12 months in aggregate. You can request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@airankwp.com.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@airankwp.com and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Sub-processors

We rely on the following sub-processors: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and authentication), Cloudflare (hosting and CDN), and Postmark (transactional email). Each is bound by a data-processing agreement.
