Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or installing the AI Rank WP plugin, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AI Rank WP on the number of sites permitted by your active plan (1 for Free, up to 5 for Pro). You may not resell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer the plugin.
3. Subscription and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel from your dashboard at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
4. Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time Pro purchases. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use AI Rank WP to generate or distribute illegal, defamatory, or rights-infringing content, or to circumvent technical limits on the service (rate limits, license counts, etc.).
6. Service availability
We target 99.9% monthly uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via email and on this page.
